Pine Belt Communications FIBERHOODS have spread.
Fiberhoods are areas where every home or business can connect to the internet by fiber optics – the fastest connection available. For over 65 years we have made dedicated investments in West Central Alabama and that dedication continues. Fiber construction is complete and we are actively converting services throughout Arlington, Dixons Mills, Sweet Water, Nanafalia, Myrtlewood, and Magnolia. Fiber service is also available today in a portion of Pine Hill. Construction in the areas of Hugo, Octagon, and Jefferson will start in early 2024. And more construction is on the way. A full map showing the completed, in progress, and planned project areas can be accessed here.

With fiber-to-the-home, slow or lagging Internet becomes a thing of the past. Light is efficient, so fiber cables carry more information – thousands of times more than copper wire. As your bandwidth needs increase, Pine Belt fiber Internet will be able to grow and adapt with your needs.
